Presto Pedestal
Designed for rapid civil installation and heavy industrial deployments, our Precast Machinery Pedestals provide an ultra-rigid, high-mass foundation base specifically engineered to anchor heavy vibrating equipment and rotating machinery. Manufactured using high-strength M40 to M60 concrete, these pedestals are precision-cast with high-tensile, hot-dip galvanized or alloy steel foundation bolts (anchor bolts) embedded directly during factory casting.
By shifting precision bolt positioning, template alignment, and concrete curing from the field to a controlled factory setting, our precast pedestals eliminate the extensive set-up times, template shifts, and honeycomb risks associated with conventional field-cast pedestals.
